Notice to Patients
Sandhills Best Care will not deny access to services to anyone under any circumstances for
(I) an inability to pay;
(II) because payment for those services would be made under Medicare, Medicaid, or the Children's Health Insurance Program (CHIP); or
(III) based upon the individual's race, color, sex, national origin, disability, religion, age, sexual orientation, or gender identity.
There is a discounted/sliding fee schedule available based on family size and income.
Sandhills Best Care no negará el acceso a los servicios a ninguna persona bajo ninguna circunstancia por:
(i) incapacidad de pago;
