Today's Word
God invites us to come to Him when we are weary and burdened, promising rest for our souls. In a world that often leaves us feeling drained and overwhelmed, His call is a reminder that we do not have to carry our burdens alone. Jesus offers us a rest that renews, a peace that refreshes, and a love that sustains. When we surrender our worries and stresses to Him, we experience the rest that only He can provide. Trusting in Him means finding freedom from the weight of our struggles, knowing that He is always with us to carry us through.
No matter how heavy our burdens are, God’s rest is always available, and His arms are wide open to receive us. His peace is not temporary or fleeting—it is lasting, unshakable, and available to all who seek it.
Prayer
Father, thank You for Your invitation to come to You when I am weary. Help me to lay my burdens at Your feet and trust in Your promise of rest. I surrender my worries and fears to You, knowing that You are with me every step of the way. Fill my heart with Your peace, and renew my spirit with Your love. In Jesus' name, Amen.
